BCG Salon Policy

Boston Color Group suggests pre-booking your appointments with our hairstylists and colorists. We accept walk-ins, but can not always accommodate them.

We try our best to stay on schedule and appreciate you trying to do the same.

If you need to re-schedule your appointment time, we would like 24 hours notice. (We understand that some circumstances are out of our control.)

This will enable us to contact another client and fill that appointment time.

If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice or do not show up to your appointment, the following fees apply:

First late cancellation or no show $40

Second late cancellation or no show $60

Third late cancellation or no show $100
